  • Comments Thread For: Bermane Stiverne Eager To Step in, Face Deontay Wilder

Former heavyweight world champion Bermane Stiverne (25-2-1, 21KOs) is ready to step back in the ring with WBC champion Deontay Wilder (36-0, 35KOs). Wilder captured the title last January with a twelve round unanimous decision over Stiverne. The hard-punching Hatian fighter is the only man to last the distance with Wilder.

          better than Arreola for sure

let's hope this time he doesn't arrive to the ring sick with rhabdyiomiolisis like last time, basically handing over the belt to Windmiller with little to no resistance

Bumzquad's best W is still a sick Stiverne whom he couldn't even stop

TBRB, RING, ESPN, and Boxing Scene all have him in the top 10. Of the 3 choices presented so far, I'd rank them #1 Stiverne, #2 Washington, ..., #3 Arreola.

I'd be cool with that. Stiverne is not a BUM. So that's why Wilder won't fight him again and also why Wilder couldn't knock him out. Course Wilder wins again but he'd be better than the bums wilder usually fights

Wilder's reach advantage will make the rematch the same as the first match if this fight takes place.

I would rather that than Arreola or Washington. Pulev would be EVEN BETTER! Wilder keep playing things too safe, I don't see how he expects to beat any of the other top Heavyweights if he keeps taking on weak inferior opponents
