CANELO'S highest weight ever was 155 pounds , he won the belt at 155 pounds. PACMAN destroyed Margarito who is bigger then CANELO.

GGG(160) vs MAYWEATHER(147) now that would be an enormous size difference and team GGG desperately want that fight. GGG told CANELO to vacate the belt & he would fight him at 155 , but GGG is still pu$$y-footing around so untill he man's up give us this fight Top Rank & Golden Boy, at 155 with no rehydration clause in September on Mexican Independence Day Weekend!

It's a fair fight , a great fight, a 50/50 fight , a fight that boxing fans would definitely pay to watch.

Canelo needs to focus on his weight class, and be a true mexican fighter. I think if Canelo ever fought a top rank contender in his true weight class we would start seeing the real Canelo. He is a natural middleweight. Anybody that rehydrates to 170-175 lbs. is a middleweight. The only reason he does this is so he can pad his record. They have given him tune-up fights ever since he lost to Lil' Floyd. Step up and be a true mexican worrior before GGG takes all of his fans. Its funny that the new unbeatable mexican warrior is from Khazakstan.

Wonder if Abel truly believes this ur just wants that fight not to happen.......I think if Pac cab fight even close to the pie-Marquez,4 version, he pummels Canelo.

Think about all the bigger guys many fought that were plodders and slow-footed like Canelo.......he may not have dropped our hurt then with a single shot......but if he gets off 60+ shots per round.....I think he boxes circles around Canelo and dues some serious facial damage.......

HOWEVER.......if it's the 35 punch per round Pac we've seen the last two times out, he may get beat but I highly doubt Canelo catches him. He rarely caught Cotto and many has a better chin.

A Canelo loss to a 145# Pac is bad for both Canelo and GGG........value guess down dramatically IMHO......

Canelo just man up and fight the best at your own size...... Which is without question Golovkin.........would be nice to hear they at least discussed it veggie he ducks GGG outright.......

Good post but not totally accurate. Manny recovered from this fight completely. He was clearly hurt by the body shot but he immediately did what ATG's do. He fought back! He continued to use his great legs for the remainder of his career, so that kills your theory about his legs. He used those same legs against every oponent after Cheeto.

Anyway, your point about Cotto is also inaccurate. "Plaster In Paris" is what stopped Cotto in the first fight against Cheeto. Hell, it would probably stop any fighter. On top of that, Cheeto was already a good puncher without it. Smh. What happened in the rematch? Exaclty. Cotto gave him a boxing lesson. Without the plaster, Cotto would've won the first fight. Show some respect to Cotto, man. Manny is a very, very special fighter. Him and Cotto are both A Level fighters BUT Manny is more special. Cotto is a HOF'mer and Manny is an ATG. Get me? Canelo KO's Manny and Floyd at this point. He KO's Manny for the same reason he KO'ed Khan. The kid is the real deal, PERIOD. We all knew he would KO Khan but it's the way he set it all up that was impressive. As for Floyd, without a catch weight, he is toast. He could've fought Canelo without one but he was afraid. He knew Canelo would be drained and SAID it! Nobody at 147lbs can beat CAnelo or take his power for 12 rounds. NOBODY!!!!!!

GGG will do to Canelo what Margarito did in the first fight while taking fewer shots and no need for plaster of Paris........overwhelming pressure that Canelo does not possess the skills to break up......

I also believe Canelo was outboxed by Trout and Cotto but got a few close rounds fur harder shots. And the BS open scoring made Trout take more risks.......hell I think Khan won the first four if not five rounds......

Finally.......within three years I will take Spence over Canelo.......
