Canelo doesn't want to be a MW, then he needs to unify JMW.
Pacquiao will land his hardest punch and Canelo won't even budge

You can cut a certain amount of weight when you are younger, look at Morales and Hatton, but once you get older you cant.

Canelo couldnt make the 152 limit healthy and suffered, he can make the 155 pound limit though, in a year or two he might not be able to cut that much, he will up his catchweight to 157 or something.

Caneloweight baffles me, catchweights are meant for smaller guys to even out the fight, at a fair weight for a superfight, Canelo is bigger than many middleweights yet he wants to fight at 155? you would think he would feel more comfortable at 160

I would love for this fight to happen, if for anything to show Lil G who's the real A side is in negotiations. Canelo/Pacman on Cinco de Mayo weekend 2017 would sell out the T Mobile Arena in days. Two of the best fanbases in boxing should help this fight sell 1 million plus PPV's while in the meantime Lil G will still be fighting bums like Heiland and Johnson

If Canelo/Pacquiao gets made, Reynoso will be bringing in mosquito's for sparring partners. The biggest threat Canelo will face in a Pacquiao fight is the Zika virus.

Theres only so much talent can go, after that law of science and physics kicks in... Canelo is like a truck coming at manny, does that mean hes the better fighter? No, but if we gonna do that, we might as well do Kovalev vs Canelo while they at it. smh

                Yep!

Reminds me of the Gatti vs Joey Gamache fight. Joey's life was derailed by the size differential. Lawsuits were filed.

But, I agree, young men can do it. I can dump a 10lb **** and only be a pound lighter on the scales.

Pacquiao was actually knocked out cold from a jab in the Rios fight but the government covered it up.

So what you are saying is that you would like to see Canelo fight a guy he will outweigh by 30 pounds on fight night so he can exercise his financial muscle, rather than see him fight the best guy that is his own size? Yup, makes a lot of sense. You are very bright. Why the **** do you care how much money Canelo makes? Wouldn't you rather see a competitive fight instead of him fighting junior welterweights? I never understand people like you. You would think you get a cut of Canelo's check. Furthermore, Golovkin's side has always conceded that Canelo was the "A-side" and that fight would, without question, do bigger numbers than a mismatch with Pac.

Where the F**k did I mention anything about money? Obviously you're reading comprehension is lacking severely. Also, if you wanna bring up competitive fights then tell Lil G to stop fighting up and comers like Monroe Jr or Wade and step up and fight a legit name like Lara or Ward. As far as Canelo against Pacman heck yeah I love to see it and so would millions of people in the Philippines and Mexico. don't act like manny hasn't fought much bigger dudes than him in Margarito n De La Hoya both of whom he beat so who's to say he can't beat Nelo or at the very least make it competitive.
