Well, Elizabeth Berkley is about 5'8 or 5'9 in real life. My ex worked on the prop design team for Dancing With The Stars when she was on that show and i saw a picture of them together and my ex was about 5'6" and Elizabeth Berkley looked about 2 inches taller i'd say.

Jessie Spano was a little taller than Slater if i recall? I reckon he's about 5'7" or 5'8" at best.

I think they were actually the same height? she is listed at 5 foot 10, here is the photo of them on saved by the bell doesnt look like he is wearing lifts either. He looked so short on the early years of the show, maybe he grew two inches?
