Drop him entirely from the rankings. He had his shot and blew it. There is no reason to give him another chance as he'd probably pop dirty again and waste everyone's time yet again. Wilder can't throw away 8 months trying to fight the clean version of this guy. It's bad enough he wasted the last four.
