j0zef made a good point by stating no official statement on exact details had been made available to the public. In my opinion, Povetkin is to blame. In my opinion, Povetkin ducked Wilder. In my opinion, Povetkin shouldn't get another shot at wilder's title because he failed a drug test.

My opinions are my opinions. I don't have actual proof to back up my opinions.

He said he last took it in Sept. He passed three drug tests in April and then failed one on April 27th.

I don't buy passing 3 and then getting popped on a urine test for something you took almost 8 MONTHS ago.

He still hasn't even asked/paid for his "B" sample to be tested???
