Comments Thread For: Duran Confident Mosley Secures Shot at Thurman-Porter Winner

International Boxing Hall of Fame member Roberto Duran is very impressed with the work that former three division world champion Shane Mosley (49-9-1) has put in for his fight Saturday night against WBA interim welterweight champion David Avanesyan (21-1-1).

Listening to Sugar Shane speak is tragic itself, yet he continues to fight. How in the hell can you pass a physical if you can barely be understood half the time.

Last time I saw him fight was nearly 3 years ago against Mundine & he was totally shot back then

It is absolutely ridiculous and almost criminal that guys like him and RJJ are still allowed into the ring

Jesus Shane, please retire. Honestly. You were stopped by Anthony Mundine lol.....? If that is not a sign to retire I do not know what is.

It is much better for him to fight the loser between the two and let the winner Thurman vs Porter fight Danny Garcia. So we can actually see top 10 WW fighters fighting each other.
