Can Golovkin force Saunders to fight him?

Golovkin got 3 of the 4 belts, Saunders got the last one. Shouldn't Golovkin be allowed to force Saunders to fight or to make him give up his belt otherwise?

Force? It's the WBO, of course not.

Best he can do is throw some good money at him and get public opinion to "force" Saunders to man up. Other than that, BJS is free from any real obligation since GGG cannot become his mandatory (not that I'm aware of, anyway).

I agree with Nata's its the WBO, no way. They were the only sanctioning body that refused Unification's over mandatories.

Did they give a reason for that?

No they just refused to go to the meeting with the other sanctioning bodies last year when the other 3 were trying to agree. I thought it looked bad on their part but to be quite honest, the WBC/WBA/IBF have shown their @$$es a lot more since that meeting.
