GGG endorsing Donald Trump???

Politics ASIDE, Trump been a fan of the Sweet Science before many of us was BORN and back when Atlantic City was the Mecca Of Boxing at the time in the late 80's. Big fights in Atlantic City at that time= Big Money for Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino

GGG is not from the US so being friends with Trump shouldn't be help against him just like Tyson friendship with Trump shouldn't be held against him either

Trump showed up to one of his fights, took a couple pics backstage and that was it. Not sure why this is news now all of a sudden lol. I remember he was even going to go to the Canelo-Khan fight but tweeted he was busy unfortunately.

Further, Golovkin isn't an american citizen. Even if he did "support" Trump, which literally no one knows since Golovkin doesn't speak politics at all, it means nothing.

Golovkin got a lot of backlash on Twitter from his Mexican fans when a pic of him and Donald trump shaking hands before the lemieux fight came out. His team realized this and distanced themselves from trump as much as possible. Obviously golovkin can't totally ignore trump when he tweets him, he just respends with a ' it was a great fight' instead of ' thanks so much for the support trump'.
