FFMI basically calculates how much of your weight is not fat and it puts it into number. A natural bodybuilder cannot get over 25. Period. Anthony Joshua's FFMI is 27 which is the same as fitness models who have been taking stuff all their lives.

Look at the picture below, that's heavyweight natural bodybuilders. These guys have been training everyday of their life specifically for size and they don't care about boxing or fitness. There's no way that Joshua is natural. Joshua doesn't even train for size, don't you get it? If he did train for size, he's be twice as big as he is now and it would be far more obvious.

As Dillian Whyte said "The dude turned Pro at 16 stones, two years later he's 18 stone and hasn't gained a second pound of bodyfat. How is that possible? Name me one bodybuilder from the past that has done this?"

As Dillian Whyte said, name me one fighter from the old boxing days that was even close to Anthony Joshua's physique in his twenties? George Foreman? Joe Louis? Rocky Marciano? These guys were all Gods when it came to boxing and it's actually insulting to say that Anthony Joshua is natural when you compare him to someone who really is natural.

Lance Armstrong never failed a single test in his career and he did the Tour De France drug testing. You do know they even X-ray your bike? and they have far better drug testing facilities than the British boxing assosiation. People called him out because his times were just ridiculous and he admitted it and quit.

Joshua started training in 2008. You don't simply win the Olympic in four years of training from having never done boxing before. Otherwise everyone would win the olympics. He has been caught with drugs before which is should make him su****ious already, not to mention his physique.

Don't complain about the posts. I stated my opinion and you're the one aruging, I asked you stop last post because you're filling this thread with pointless stuff. PM me to continue this.
Look Lennox Lewis was 230 pounds when he boxed razor ruddock and then weighed 246 against Mike Tyson and Nasim rachman ...so there goes your theory of putting weight on.....so instead of your words send me the proof of this so FFMI 27 And then I will check it...so far you've proved nothing except what your opinion is...secondly of all people ur quoting ....Dillan Whyte lol.... Dillan Whyte was banned for 2 years for steroid use and your using what he has said as some kind of reference ...so the drug cheat is accusing another fighter of cheating ...ur unreal....so again send me the link of Joshua of your so called evidence .....and when your 18 years of age your still growing and gaining a stone and half over a 2 year period is nothing ...so talk absolute ****...secondly when lewis boxed frank Bruno he was 229lbs in 1993 ...2 years later he was 248 lbs against Lionel butler and Justin fortune so there go's one of your myths....do you have any idea how much you still grow from 18 to 22 and your saying because 6ft 6 fighter has gained a stone and half he's on steroids...as I said send me your proof instead of spouting waffle and maybe the. I will take note and do my homework.....ffs mentioning a Dillan Whyte who has served a 2 year ban for steroids takes the biscuit ....and what a physique Dillan Whyte has ...it's amazing isn't is lol

As I said send me the link of your proof and if you can't then ur just confined to trolling..as for me responding I'm just closing you down because you have no evidence what so ever

This is seriously the dumbest post I've ever seen in my life.

Firstly, Lennox Lewis gained 16 pounds for his fight against Mike Tyson. You are correct, however Joshua gained 28 lbs which is almost twice as much.

Secondly all Anthony Joshua's weight he gained was pure muscle and not a single bit of fat was gained. This is the main reason why it's not possible. The human body simply cannot add this much lean muscle in such a short space of time naturally.

But anyone can put on 20lbs of weight. Lennox Lewis put on some muscle but a lot of it was fat and there's nothing su****ious about it.

Oh and yeah, it's not su****ious to gain weight at eighteen which can amount for maybe, 2-4 pounds of that muscle? You don't simply add 30 lbs of muscle because of your age

Here's a study done by Scooby (Really well known in the bodybuilding world)

      http://scoobysworkshop.com/puberty-and-bodybuilding/

As you can see, your peak muscle building range is in your early twenties. Anything below twenty is a disadvantage, not an advantage. Not to mention, Joshua barely grew an inch in the time he gained all that weight, so it wasn't down to his body doing it naturally because of puberty.

Want proof of his FFMI rating? Here you go.

He has an adjusted FFMI of 26.55 but I rounded it up to 27. This is literally not possible naturally except for a few gifted genetic freaks that have spent their whole lives training. Not some roided up twenty year olds. The fact that you don't even know what FFMI is or that you've never heard of it shows that you have no knowledge on the subject.

Dillian Whyte did not take steroids on purpose. He took a supplement for preworkouts that loads of people took back then. He came up positive on a drugs test and he showed them the supplements he was taking, they checked it and it contained a type of steroid and as a result it's not sold in the UK anymore. If he was going to take steroids, he would of taken something way stronger and he would have at-least tried to hide it.

And the steroid he took was a performancing enhancer and it's so weak he wouldn't of even noticed it. There's no way it would have any visual effect on him.

You probably wouldn't know but if your body doesn't produce hormones naturally and you have a hormone problem, you can get prescriptions from your doctor and the drug testers can't complain because you have a medical reason. It's not hard to mess up your hormones and be able to use steroids in professional sports.

Dillian Whyte did not also not break any laws. Steroids are legal in the UK. Anthony Joshua is a convicted drug dealer.

All I hear about Joshua is either how he is one of the most marketable fighters in the sport today (true) and/or how he has an HGH gut (most likely true. I have done my share of gear over the years). Not a lot of hate really.

People dislike him because he's rated by many as the #1 in the division without actually achieving anything. He's never faced a top 10 fighter. He also holds a belt that belongs to the current lineal champion who never lost it in the ring.

I have no problem anointing Joshua as the best if he beats the best. We'll see.

So again where is the proof Joshua is what you says he is...ur showing me the numbers of what it should be but again where is the the 26.55 you keep speaking of...it's just your words with no proof..and yes steroids are banned in boxing and that's why he served a 2 year ban for taking them ...you keep talking endless **** lol.....and where's your proof that Joshua gained 2 stone in 2 years.....he's never been 18 stone for a starter and I'm pretty sure he weighed quite a bit more than 16 stone in the London Olympics .....now he's a convicted drug dealer so what he caught with herbal weed at 18 years of age...when do things when we're young and naive..yippy kaya lol...now how many more times have I got to say to you show me the proof that Joshua has this 26.55 you keep harping on a bout...just send send me something that's says he's that not just your mouth spouting it off with nothing to show....and then in one post you saying he's on steroids and then your saying there not illegal lol....your a complete f@ckin tool lol...the man your quoting as your source of information is a steroid drug cheat who received a 2 year ban from the BBBC so stop trying to be such a hypocrite ..he took steroids and he got caught....now dummy I will say this to you one more time and stop trying to divert from the answer...show me the 26-55 that you keep saying Joshua was...I don't care what the ratios are that's nothing to do with it ...I want to see what Joshua was and send me the link...is that simple to understand...Joshua is 6ft 6 and a half and it's pretty much given that's he was over 16 stone..look as I said before many times before if he is passing the tests that's set out by the governing BBBC then I see no issues with it and untill that day happens then I have no issues with him.....I want to see evidence Joshua is 26:55 and I'm gonna read up on it...so send me the link...back up your words

You honestly are the dumbest person I've ever argued with. Look in the bloody photo! I put his weight, height and bodyfat percentage in the calculator and it calculated his Fat Free Mass Index. I screenshotted it so you can see! Tell you what, here's the link. Do it yourself. Anything above 25 is definately on something, he shouldn't even be close to 25.

                  http://www.thecalculator.co/health/F...lator-794.html

and yes steroids are banned in boxing and that's why he served a 2 year ban for taking them ...you keep talking endless **** lol....
When did i say steroids weren't banned in boxing? Are you mentally disadvantaged? I said they weren't illegal, illegal means breaking a law. A law is completely different than a rule. Listen, they found trace amounts of stuff in his system. Trace amounts of one of the weakest steroids in the world is not going to effect a 100KG+ man. He proved to to the boxing assossiation that it was in his supplement but they said he should have checked and made sure beforehand.

He said that Anthony Joshua would have no fitness because of the amount of steroids he was on. This shows how little knowledge he has of them, otherwise he would have not fought Joshua.

                  Interview with Dillian Whyte https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9oQCQXGrQ0

wow he's a convicted drug dealer so what he caught with herbal weed at 18 years of age...when do things when we're young and naive..yippy kaya lol
Ehh no? He was in possession of large amounts of a Class B drug you moron. He was obviously intending to sell it to people. He could have got a maximum of 14 years in prison. That's not something you joke about.

he's never been 18 stone for a starter and I'm pretty sure he weighed quite a bit more than 16 stone in the London Olympics
Joshua was 16 stone when he turned Pro and the last I checked, he was 17 stone 4 in the dillian Whyte fight. He obviously cut down in weight because there's no fat on him as usual with Joshua. Therefore he must have been around the 18 stone area. 17 stone 7 is almost 18 stone anyway, we're talking a couple of pounds difference.

Listen. Anyone who knows anything about the gym or sports understands cutting and bulking. You eat more calories than you need and you gain fat and muscle, it's that simple. You eat less calories and you lose fat and muscle. It's not possible to gain a decent amount of muscle without fat. Never mind 30 bloody lbs of lean muscle. Stop living in your fantasy world. It's just not possible. Compare his body to the guys he's fighting, Jesus man. Look at Dillin Whyte in comparrison. Less muscle, smaller and more fat. You sir a bloody fool if you think he's not on something.

Big, Lean or Natural. Pick two.

Judging by his looks, he's completely shredded but he's not gigantic or anything. You can just see his muscles very visibily.

He's also very small in height which makes your muscles look far bigger due to smaller muscle bellies. He also went from fat-shredded which makes it far more believeable than going from skinny with little muscle to shredded with tons of muscle like Joshua.

You also get a lot of hormone problems with being <8% bodyfat, that's another reason I doubt Joshua is natural. Your body needs fat to function and work properly. I'd honestly need to see him fight, I've seen Joshua since day one and I have far more knowledge on him than Bradley.

Ohh come it's weed ....it's not class A and if he planned on selling it then he probably joins thousands of people every week in the uk who are young and naive....u can walk up into a coffee shop in the dam and buy it over the counter.....so I'm not gonna hang the guy for something he did when he was 18....he's done his time for his crime and he's improved his life....it seems to me you have the issue with Joshua .....can't for the life of me work it out , .you stated he was 18 stone which he never has been and he was at least 16 stone in the olympics so he put on a stone and half in a couple of years.....now what i have always said is untill the day he fails his test set by the BBBC then I will not hound or accuse the man with no actual proof of him taking them....if however he did fail it I would be the first to say he's a cheat.....Joshua has never been skinny and he was always a unit even when he was in the ABA finals so I don't get where your coming with the he gained 30lbs...he's been 16 stone at least since the ABA finals and now he's a stone and half heavier .....so you are telling me that a professional athlete cannot gain that weight eating right and training at the gym day in day out with the correct calorie intake and supplements ? As for 14 years doing bird.....8 oz of herbal weed is a slap on the wrist and it hardly ever rallies to a prison sentence and not like he got caught with a kilo of charge...Dillian Whyte has been talking **** about Joshua for as long as I can remember..he's got issues and even now after getting battered he's still chirping up and asking for another massacre .whyte has Ben banned for failing a test not Joshua ...remember that...u said before that it's impossible for a fighter to be an amatuer for 4 years and win the Olympic title....now if it was any weight below light heavyweight I would say your right....but super heavyweights are a rare find and if some one comes long with a lot of natural ability they can quite easily make it..no question about that...now what you can do is you keep on insisting that Joshua is on steroids to ever you want to for as long as you want and I will hold judgement untill he fails his year long random testing that is carried out from the British boxing board of control .....if he fails then u know my response
