The WBC ordered them to negotiate immediately after the Cotto fight.

The negotiations broke down because the two sides were unable to agree on the weight, so the WBC deferred the mandatory and allowed both guys an interim fight..... which is why Canelo fought Khan.

EVERYBODY knows that, the issue was well-documented.

The fact that you are just a casual-fan does not mean that I need to draw you a road-map.

That fight could have happened already if your girlfriend was willing to back up her big mouth.....
