I agree, Lara didn't look like a world beater against Vanes. I appreciate his courage but he couldn't even stop Vanes from landing to the body; we all know GGG is one of the best body punchers in the game........

People act like tune-ups are a bad thing and it shouldnt bother GGG fans that a fighter wants a tune up before facing him, its a testament/acknowledgement of the guys skill/power. For guys like Saunders, Canelo, and Jacobs they should only need 1 because its not like they have been inactive for over a year. But GGG presents a style fighters need to be ready for and Khan, Andy Lee, & Peter Quillen are not in anyway similar to GGG. The only people that want GGG to fight one of these other champs without notice are people that want to see GGG have a better chance of winning. I myself prefer to see an evenly matched fight at the championship level, beating an inactive guy or guy coming off 1 sided wins over guys of a different style/class leaves room for excuses.

I can't even think of a sparring partner that could emulate GGG...maybe Zurdo? Naw, even his Mexican style is more volume than anything. Idk man. If you're a professional boxer, you box for a living. None of the top MW's should be making excuses because all of em have more than enough pro fights under their belts. I mean, who are they going to line up in order to prepare for GGG?...Magomedov? Actually, Magomedov might be the best option. I feel like Jacobs is just afraid to take the fight not because he's afraid of GGG, but maybe because he's afraid to get KO'ed?...Pirog dropped him bad to give him his only loss. You're absolutely right. Who the hell could he get in 4 weeks notice that will be able to help him prepare for GGG? Why even wait this long to find an opponent? It's nearly a guarantee that whoever he picks will be a huge underdog no-name. It's sad when a title-holder isn't even trying to challenge themselves.

The weight as a negotiating tool was a moot point. Golovkin had every right to not budge on weight as the mandatory challenger for the title. If you made the argument about dictating terms when it comes to purse split (and only that) being the roadblock I would of backed you up. But when it comes to the Weight as you stipulated earlier Golovkin would of been a compromised fighter and again he had every right as the mandatory challenger to not budge on weight.

If it was for purse split then by all means bash K2 and i will be on your side. But not weight.

Forget that yesterday stuff, Canelo dropped the belt.

Dude, when you make it as far as canelo and Jacobs, you aren't afraid of any man. If you pay close attention is not the fighters themselves not wanting to fight, is their teams as they're trying to maximize earning potential. But the fighters themselves in guarantee you aren't afraid to face anyone
