Who is going to believe what? FMJ says 50mil was offered...McGregor says only 7mil was offered. But Dana White is right: McGregor is under a fight contract with the UFC...if FMJ wants a fight with him, they have to negotiate with the UFC. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Like it's already been said by others on this thread, this is probably a smoke screen so that he can announce Danny Garcia as his 50th fight...tough pill to swallow.

The fact that Floyd vs Garcia is pissing people off is crazy to me. People are showing how great Floyd is. If Thurman fought Garcia people would Love to see that fight. If Porter fought Garcia, people would Love to see that fight. If Brook fought Garcia people would love to see that fight. How in the hell is it possible for people to be amped for those fights but not if Floyd fights him? What big wins or style would these other fighters bring?

Anybody in the Welterweight division can fight Garcia and that would be okay accept Floyd. That's crazy a 40 year old has that type of expectations.

If Floyd had some balls he would have fought Mcgregor in a pure standing striking fight, they meet in the middle.
that would mean no wrestling or ground game from mcgregor but they can use kick, knees and elbows. It's fair and then the fight would have been not a joke and a bigger sell.
floyd would eventually loose tho.

Tyson fury suggested this if he was to fight the hw champion in the ufc and I belive ho would win.
if the a level boxer are very mobile with fast feets he can dominate the mma fighter in a striking battle.
offcourse you have to have balls and a warrior mentality also.
