Toney would **** him up bad. He's too slow to avoid Toney punches now and Toney' much stronger than he is at HW. Not a good fight for RJ at this point

Is sure hope that Roy Jones Jr. doesn't come back against anyone. It would prove nothing win or lose and I would hate for him to take the risk or being seriously injured.

I'm a huge Roy fan but if this was to take place now i would seriously fear for his health. If Glen Johnson and Tarver beat him James Toney would end him for good.

I'd like to see Jones take on a bottom top 10 LTHeavy to see where he's at and then challenge Johnson-Tarver.

I think he should stay retired and keep his record respectable. He's past his best now. It's a shame but the truth.

toney would beat roy jones easily today...but the roy who fought john ruiz would beat the hell out of toney being that toney is a standing target

Roy Jones was in amazing shape for the Ruiz fight. I still think Toney and Roy at heavy at that point would have been a even fight.

Jones needs to fight some mailmen and other goofballs before thinking about stepping in against Tarver, Johnson or Toney. It is a wishful thought, but Roy need to stay behind the table with Ledderman and Lampley.

If a miracle happens and Jones does decide to continue his career and Toney grabs a good belt at heavyweight and Jones takes it from him. There will be an option to face Tarver at heavyweight open to him. I think no matter if Tarver wins or lose his rematch against Glen Johnson, he's going to Heavyweight, if it's a decision again, though..there will be a rubber-match, but if he knocks 'em out, there won't be.

I like RJJ and although he did suffer 2 KOs I think it might just be a lack of focus. If RJJ was to really get back out there and apply himself and actually give a **** about the fight, he would come out on top. His last 2 fights he looked like ****. He didn't look like he even wanted to fight. Sure Roy talks but that still dosn't mean his heart is in it. IMHO I think if he really wanted it Roy would dominate. 2 Fights cause his head wasn't in it isn't really excusable but it is still not enough reason to count him out. He did the right thing by stepping aside after admitting his heart wasn't in it.

Unlike Holyfield who just won't quit and gets his ass beat and looks like ****. He needs to stop or he is going to get killed.

Maybe I give Roy too much credit but thats just where I stand.
