Yes Khan is avoiding Brook but at the same time Brook has done nothing to deserve that fight. He beat one decent opponent (Porter) and has only been fighting bums ever since. He could have practically forced the Khan fight if he had actually fought some big names.

Why would Khan take a risky fight against someone, who if he beats - everyone will just say "Well Brook only beat Porter, he's no big deal"? and if Khan loses that fight - he loses everything
