David Haye secured the second victory of his comeback with a routine second-round knockout of Arnold Gjergjaj at London's 02 Arena. The heavyweight, fighting for the second time in five months after a three-and-a-half-year layoff with a career-threatening shoulder injury, provided another demonstration of his power one minute and 35 seconds into the second, securing the 26th stoppage of his career.

Vince McMahon does it better... Dave cut to Briggs too soon, he was stood there sharing jokes with the security then as soon as they got word, it got real "heated", we were cracking up... Overall the whole production and card was embarrassing, impressive Haye has people willing to buy tickets to that **** - and I'm a Haye fan when he was actually trying to be a competitive boxer

I can only think that Haye must be pulling in, in increasing numbers, that element of the crowd that are there to just be at an event, have a good piss up with their mates and watch someone get knocked out, almost regardless of the actual boxing.

you got to give it to Briggs. the guy knows how to self promote himself into a fight. he will get paid a very nice check to fight Haye in the U.K.

I like this fight, for comedic value if not much else.

The entire thing was closer to WWF than boxing. Utter farce.
