Great win for Hernandez. Commentators were saying he dropped 40lbs in 4 weeks for the fight after a cruiserweight fight fell out to take on Magomedov at middleweight. Don't know whether to believe that or not lol.

Thought Jay Nady stopped the Vera-Ruelas fight way too soon on the undercard and Devin Haney looked good as well.

Like I said I didn´t see it.. but if it was just Hernandez fighting the fight of his life, good for him. I hope he now has a chance to train like a full time pro to see what he´s got.

If I didn't see a fight, I wouldn't be assuming a fighter is sick or injured just because he lost....that is condescending as hell.

Magomedov TKOed Boone.. didn´t see the fight but something´s not right. Either Magomedov was sick or injured or he heard Golovkin mentioning his name.

Looked one-dimensional and not much power. First time I'd seen him live.

That's a shame for the young prospect Magomedov...but there's the key: he's young. He'll bounce back from this. But this Hernandez...what a revelation!...apparently dominated the fight too, but I didn't see it. I'd like to see more from Hernandez...perhaps a diamond in the rough?

Hernandez has been stopped by a light puncher, so Magomedov may not have a lot of power. At any rate, he fought like a fighter who thought he had some pop, but he needs to throw that gameplan out the window.

As for the announcers, whoever the goofball with the cowboy hat was stumbling through the evening, he needs to go. Worst ever commentator. Came across like some clueless hillbilly. After a couple rounds of that charade, I turned the volume off.

Commentator was Jim Ross a Hall of Fame pro-wrestling commentator.

I have to watch this. Mago showed he's a legit fighter vs Webster, could be an off night. Could also be a good thing b/c he was rated waaaay to high by the orgs. He also needs to get a better gym/trainer (Rhonda's coach...)
