Told me had talks with the o2 arena, and that his next fight will be in the UK. He is looking to defend his 'interim' WBC title that he has been elevated to, against someone in the Top 15 in the WBC ratings in Early September, as a tuneup to a fight with Danny Garcia for the full WBC Title.

Khan had the silver title, got upgraded to interim as he was made mando. I think it's happened before.

Anyway, a tune up might be a good idea but it has to be against a good opponent, otherwise there's no point. Khans earning potential is going to drop fast if he keeps waiting 2 years for a big fight.
