Simple. He goes up in weight. That was the original point of this post. Instead of going up in weight and fighting good fighters and being in fights the fans want, he's more interested in collecting belts from technicalities. 30 years from now no one is going to say "man, remember the good old days when Golovkin fought Rubio and then two years later was elevated from interim to full champion?". Yes he was handed the WBA title. He beat whatever a nilson tapia is to "earn" it. Also Daniel geale was not top ten, even at that time. Maybe by WBA but not by sane people. Also Golovkin wasn't "super" champion. That bs title is given when the WBA belt is unified with another organization which isn't what happened.
