And hes not a bit older hes alot older.

35, 3 belts, no big names and no big fights. Maybe its time to give up dream that has gotten him nowhere and go get them?
Golovkin has faced 6 top 10 fighters in his division in the past 3 years. It's a weak division, but only because one fighter is clearly so dominant in it.

He hasn't taken much damage. I can see Golovkin lasting for another 5 years at least.

It's also hard to get big names or big fights when people throw belts at you to avoid you. Sturm ducked, Martinez ducked, Cotto was scared, Canelo ducked. Froch was blowing smoke, Tureano Johnson became mysteriously injured, BJS ducked 6 months ago but may yet redeem himself...

Do you just want him to drop 3 belts and fight a SMW? Kovalev? Wilder? Anthony Joshua? I'm busting a gut, who in your eyes is it worth dropping 3 belts and fighting?

Once he unifies the division, he reestablishes the lineal title like Hopkins did.

If Lara really wants to move up, and really wants to face GGG, then Haymon can easily make Lara v. Daniel Jacobs. Win that and Lara becomes the mandatory. He's literally one fight away from GGG.
Lara has a better resume than GGG. Golovkin and his team should be jumping at the chance to try to add him to his resume.

Please. Even if GGG moved out of the MW division, it will still remain weak. GGG hasn't cleared out the division by no means.

              GGG vs Lara

it gives GGG a common opponent with Canelo.

              or GGG vs Jacobs.

i just wanna see GGG in with somebody notable who can challenge him and give him rounds. it also satisfies a certain "segment" of the boxing fans who think GGG is a fraud.

              aka Andre Ward fans.

Who do you seriously see as a challenge to Golovkin, barring BJS and Jacobs? Even then, I see GGG winning both TKO by the 8th.

I haven't seen you list any names in this thread, and now you're avoiding the topic? Shows your bias that you just want him to not unify.

First of all you can look good against c level fighters which GGG has clearly feasted on. So I'm not that impressed and do think GGG is beatable. That said Eubanks, Jacobs, BJS, Lara, khurtsidze, Quillen (yeah he got clipped) but he can come back, Chudinov, there's plenty of fighters out there that can challenge him.
