and if the fight does not happen, like most big golovkin fights, youll be giving a guy credit for fights that never happened, rather than being optimistic. then again hes nearing 35 without one legitimate opponent on his resume, so your approach is working. keep it up.

I don't know: I always thought it was something wrong with that Canelo/Lara fight. They did it at 155 and lara kept his belt... I don't know, kid...

The reason for that is because ginger didn't want to fight at 154, so they agreed on 155lbs which is above the jmw division, so no belt was at stake...

Good point. IŽd like to see the fight, would probably show us the difference between flashy bike riding footwork and effective, ring cutting footwork. Lara would have to fight and trade, GGG cuts the ring to perfection. We might see something new from both fighters.

The clash of styles would make for a very interesting fight. I'd like to see Lara counter with his lefts and uppercuts and ggg just attacking that body and having Lara slow down towards the championship rounds and see what both of hem are made of

But folks rather have Lara fight someone else. Go figure. Boxing fans sure are something else
