and in the end he picked a guy who's managed by an advisor who he and his fighters were kicked off the network and no one expected back on. going against the grain sometimes isnt a bad thing, just like here. its a good fight, 160lbers ducking ggg, does not make sense to go up in wieght just to come back down, call al, get lara to come up to 160, it does the same gate and same views like golovkin has been doing vs guys no one heard of, win/win both sides. golovkin would beat a guy thats never definitively lost and been on the opposite end of fights ppl felt he won vs quality opponents. hes also considered the best 154lb fighter today btw.
