2nd he PASSED three blood test last being April 11th
3rd he FAILED the Urine Test on April 27th.

So he took it between 11th-27th. He just FKd up on his system flush. Why hasn't he asked for his B Sample to be tested yet???
They only found traces, 70 nanograms, almost nada

doping tests often miss the presence of a substance when the amount of said substance is so minuscule

and since nobody knows how long it takes for meldonium to dissappear from a person's system completely, they could have been leftovers from last year

Maybe if they would of checked him the week before it would of been Quad-triple that amount??? He's still got that B Sample he needs to pay for them to retest if he's so innocent.

How does it NOT get found in blood 3 times but then gets found in urine??? Easy! Because he took it afterwards and probably thought would be fine if stopped a few days before volunteering for his UA.

He said he stopped taking it in Sept. ALMOST 8 MONTHS ago!!!! That would NOT still be in his system if he stopped in Sept.

Victor Conte, the CEO of SNAC System and BALCO founder who supplied PEDs to athletes - Meldonium enhances an athlete’s performance by creating larger red blood cells while also removing byproducts such as ammonia, carbon dioxide and lactic acid.

“I have no doubt it’s a powerful performance-enhancing drug,” Conte said. “It’s a stamina benefit. You don’t get tired, you just keep rocking. You’d be like the Energizer Bunny during sparring.

When athletes are tested, the samples are separated into “A” and “B” and if the A sample shows evidence of the drug in the system, the parties are notified. Only if the B sample also shows the substance in the system is the athlete considered doping.

I see why now they have NOT asked for the B Sample to be tested...

He should be paying for the retest if he's innocent.

It did disappear from his system.

              Then magically reappeared.

              Busted.

Not yet but Sharapova had her hearing this week. Still waiting on the news from that. And the week of the Povetkin test FIFA tested a whole Russian soccer team because they heard the team had ordered this drug. Should be interesting when those results come back

That's the WORST part about it! The MF'er is CHEATING like a PRO!!! He's timing his injections and sht to PASS the tests. He ALMOST got away with it!!!! Probably timed the blood tests perfect and got his days/hours mixed up wrong on the UA.

Personally I would rather get popped with large amount. That way I look like a Rtard instead of a PRO!

Thats one SNEAKY @SS DIRTY FKN Russian.

I would of called the fight off as well. Because he probably wouldn't make the same timing error again...

Blood tests can have different detections .Urine tests for anything anabolivc is more accurate. In short he probably had trace amounts in the liver or still in some cells that were not oxified yet .Taking 2 blood tests than a urine test which would be the correct one to go by would have saved alot of b.s in any case . Personally ased on the amount that was found and doctors confirmation Meldoium can stay in body for months "i know creatine use can stay 3 months " i have to think this should be over turned with such weak evidence and from a substance that was legal when Povetkin was reportedly on it . bunch of B.S if you ask me .

There are many legal in store pre work out formulas that practically do the same thing. The amount found in Povetkin was also under what was not against VADA policy so just make the fight happen ,im not sure when he stopped taking it ,i just want to see the fight. lol

                      Drug testing 100% BS

Drug tests are completely bogus, always have been. Drug tests can be corrupted in endless ways. Typical that boxing will be destroyed by the sanctioning bodies and drug tests that are supposed to protect boxing. The writers that support testing are simple minded peons that understand nothing of how the world works or drug testing. USADA, the former gold standard of testing, is well know to be 100% corrupt but that is inconvenient to think of I guess. VADA HQ is a small rented office sandwiched between dozens of multi-billion dollar sports bookie casinos in Las Vegas. How much do those lab techs get payed? Does Wilders camp have money? How many rubles to pay a Russian to slip something into Povetkins water? The testing is the first part of what is supposed to be a thorough investigation but the garbage sanctioning bodies are too lazy/cheap/crooked to due their job so they just take the test at face value and issue bans. The establishment has been caught knowingly protecting star athlete users for years to protect the flow of money, most notably professional cycling. You can bet your azz in happens everyday in pro football, baseball etc. Testing itself is fantasy make believe. Users slip testing everyday.
