He's been drug tested, he's clean, he has often had a little acne and he is also not "suddenly shredded" - he's been gradually filling out over the last couple of years and he's coming in slightly leaner this time which will accentuate the extra muscle he's been putting on. It looks like fairly natural (for someone putting in a heap of work) improvements.
