    Will Canelo fight Pacquiao next?

IMO GBP is making the wrong move by so publicly ducking GGG, but since that was decided, the fight clearly isn't happening this September.
So if you're GBP, wouldn't it make the most sense to push for a fight w Pac?
Most casuals see Canelo as the ginger who lost to Mayweather, Pac lost to Mayweather, so Canelo fighting Pac makes sense to a casual (anyone who follows the sport, though, knows it's a ***** move by GBP).
Either way. Pac retires as a senator on a huge payday, and Canelo's star brightens. This would seem to put him back in the driver's seat in revenue negotiations at 160.

Fits the current criteria doesn't it?

A much smaller man who hasn't had a truly very good win in quite a few years.

Don't be surprised if he fights Pac or Bradley(God forbid)! Pacquaio would be okay with me , but Bradley , no way. Very overrated no way he can win that fight.

So, Floyd is supposedly retired too to Promote but that hasn't stopped him from Barking about fighting a guy who just lost in UFC. Money Talks cuz and you don't think the Phillipines would let him alter his duties to fight Canelo. Common Man!

Who says Pacquiao would take a fight with Canelo if it was offered to him? I say Pacquiao would never take a fight with Canelo. First off he is retired. Second Pacquiao is a natural 135 or 140 pounder and certainly a small welterweight while Canelo is a big Jr middleweight who prefers 155. Pacquiao weighs 150 or less on fight night. Canelo has been as heavy as 172 on fight night. Canelo won't accept any weight lower than 154 or any type of rehydration clause in the contract. After he was hurt by a body punch from Margarito Pacquiao said he would no longer fight above 147 because he was too small to take the punishment heavier boxers dish out. Pacquiao won't fight the much larger Canelo who is a vicious body puncher. I doubt Canelo wants to fight Pacquiao because he took a lot of **** for fighting the smaller Khan. He knows he would take even more **** if he fought little Pacquiao. Canelo vs Pacquiao is a potential fight that will be talked about by many but it will never happen.
