I don't understand why they would walk away from negotiations with Canelo. That's the opposite of what he should be doing...

It's almost like there's a reversal of roles now. Now that Canelo is no longer the champ but still trying to make the fight it's like Team GGG is avoiding it and taking their belt and running. How are they allowing Canelo to bully them like this and running away? There is not a single reason for them to walk away from negotiations... Wtf is that? If the whole problem was the principle in regards to the belt what's the hold up now? How are they not just agreeing for the fight!? You'd think Team GGG would be chomping at the bit... Magomedov also needs to step it up. So many fighters at MW and they're not really distancing themselves from each other. The cream has yet to rise because the right fights aren't being made. I think there's enough decent opposition at MW that GGG will probably finish his career there.

GGG will probably fight for another 4-6 years, and I do think there's enough decent fighters that populate the top 20, prospects that will work their way up or LMWs that will move up and become relevant. It's easy to ***** about any division when the best are barely fighting each other.

Very simple. Canela does not want to fight at 160, that's why he gave up the belt. GGG wants the fight at 160, so Chicken de la Hoya and Canela will try to give more money to GGG to fight at 155.

Golovkin is attempting to beat Hopkins record for middleweight defences by sporting the WBA INTERIM title..... so yea, they don't mean much at all.

A fighter makes a belt, not the other way around. Golovkin has beaten Murray and Lemieux, that's it..... you can call that whatever you like.
