He's not going to fight any top guy at 154. He just fought Khan!!! He has no intention of fighting anyone that's a threat. I can't see any other PPV fights out there for him except Floyd or Manny. If Oscar won't risk him against GGG what makes you think he'd risk him against some hungry young lions like J-Rock or Jermall who wouldn't bring in half as much money as GGG? Canelo is a businessman now. But the difference between him and Floyd and Oscar is that they could beat top guys. Canelo can't. He's really not that good.
