PS premiere - After Affects ; Corel even Adobe Flash but regardless of what you use every file have different hues and you can play with the template to tweak tones/delete a bunch of tricks I learned through years of practice even size/dimension plays a role as compressed pixels break the gradient converting the file in other formats to work through other platforms,proper frame rate , speed ect...takes practice.
