Canelo is still Lineal/Ring champ at middleweight

So he still holds a lot of leverage,He dropped the WBC so he can demand fights at 155(b1tch move,YES) But now he doesnt have to back down from his stance anymore and if you want to fight him you have to come in at 155....(hilarious i know) But truth is if GGG wants that big fight he has to either move up or down point blank period....and if he wants the lineal title or Ring title he will have to dance to Canelo's tune

Being a lineal champ means nothing if you don't defend it against the best fighters in that division. Hopkins never won the lineal title, he created it for for himself by beating the best in that division.

No hes not a lineal champion loses his status when he retires, dies, or leaves the division. Is Canelo fighting at 160? No, so it is vacant now until GGG faces the #2 and a new lineal will be established. Just like when Pac moved up and left the division the lineal status became vacant again.

he's never even fought at middleweight and has no belts at middle weight but he's lineal lol

lineal belts are a bigger joke than any alphabet title, i been saying it for years.

Being intercontinental diamond silver champion means more than being lineal these days when it's par norm to scoop up a free belt then duck the **** out of everyone and vacate.

GGG is the best in the division. Have to go back to pre-injury Sergio and Pavlik etc to find guys who would gives him a challenge.

His only leverage is who he is. Those titles mean as much as Stevensons at 175. You better believe if it was anyone but this guy he would be stripped of that 160 ring title by the end of the week.

Let Canelo play at his made up weight class and GGG can go after Jacobs and Suanders now. Let's see what excuses they have to avoid him.

Yes, he's still the lineal champion at MW as recognized by TBRB, RING, and CBZ.
