So, the American heavyweight champion is supposed to reward a cheater from a country in the midst of the greatest cheating scandal in modern sports history with a shot at the heavyweight championship?

This fight should be cancelled. Vargas said something today that calls into question the validity of his previous statements regarding the matter

          no,

the heavyweight american champion sporting a 36-0, 35KO record should do his job which is to whoop ass no matter who was in front of him ped or no ped.

that how you carry that 36-0, 35 KO.

that's how you act like the american heavyweight champion.

Even if Povetkin's blood had been full of meldonium, a good boxer would have fight him, because meldonium was legal for 40+ years. And Povetkin got 10 less than norm, a microdose.

                Um, no

NO fighter is obligated or should ever get in the ring with somebody who's on performance enhancing drugs.

WE just watched Nick Blackwell almost die in the ring.

Dude, this aint a game. This is people's lives.

If I was a fighter, I'd be leery of fighting anybody from Russia at this point, especially against somebody who JUST TESTED POSITIVE for drugs

Then, why did he just test negative 3 times before testing positive this time?

And why is Russia as a country about to get kicked out of the Olympics as a country?

Dude, that whole country's sporting culture is dirty as **** and if he tested positive for meldonium, then it's likely that he was on something else as well
