The fight is for May 2017? So is McGregor going to have some boxing matches before that to get a record?

I highly doubt, but as Dana white said. If Floyd's wants to fight connor give him a call. Dana wont allow Connor to follow full boxing rules. That would foolish to do that. He knows a mix rule og boxing and mma will make this a legit fight. Thats what i'll expect if this pulls through.

Dana wont throw Conor under a bus.

Dana white won't allow a pure boxing match. He will create a rule that will even the playing field for his man. That's how I see this happening.

Dana won't allow Conor to look like shyit in front of millions it will destroy UFCs credibility. This is a circus show, there will be circus rules

There's no way Mayweather agrees to anything but boxing, which he shouldn't. Forget MMA, if it was kickboxing or muay thai or any type of kicking involved, Mayweather would be done in one.

I would even question #49 -Andre Berto.

Who thought that was even possible at the time?

That is why this is just hype that won't fly. All just an act to remain relevant. Dana white wont allow his superstar be humiliated in a pure boxing match.

This fight will only become credible if rules benefit both combatants fairly. Which we all know Floyd doesn't fight fair, hence this won't happen.

mma is just superior nothing else to say. it is more of an international sport becuase it utilizes the ancient martial arts of all cultures into one. boxing is a sport invented by drunk hooligans for drunk hooligans. TRUTH.

boxing will be completely dead and buried in a few years time without a doubt.
You gotta respect a sport that brought over a WWE star (Brock Lesnar) to achieve their biggest PPV event to date. Don't worry, I hear UFC brought over CM Punk so maybe another big show is on the horizon.

How long have MMA phaggots been crying about this impending death of boxing? Just a heads up Divine Hemorrhoid, the only place boxing is dying is in the minds of Dana White's cult members.
