Yeah I would see it as a 50th win, because that's what it would be. Despite it being a circus show.

A circus show everyone would watch mind you.

Conor can't even beat an out of shape Nate Diaz who lost three out of his last five fights.

The UFC does a better job of promoting than boxing does but that's about it. It will never reach the heights that boxing has.
boxing is already a dead failing sport. WWE is more respected than boxing. again mcgregor would pwn floyd mayweather easily with karate kicks to the head. mcgregor wouldn't need to use his hands at all he can tie them behind his back and still pwn floyd. mma fighters are multi talented learning many ancient legendary martial arts fighting techniques. boxing was invented by a bunch of drunk bare fist fighting hooligans (thats the truth and history).

mma is just superior nothing else to say. it is more of an international sport becuase it utilizes the ancient martial arts of all cultures into one. boxing is a sport invented by drunk hooligans for drunk hooligans. TRUTH.

boxing will be completely dead and buried in a few years time without a doubt.

MMA fighters are not multi talented lol. They have a background in one martial art and train part time in other areas just so they can compete. Conor couldn't even land his karate kicks on Nate Diaz lol, a guy who was KO'd by a head kick.
Right now, the UFC is doing better than boxing and it will stay that way for some time. The Floyd Manny rivalry kept boxing relevant for some time and now that the rivalry is over boxing is heading to the dark ages.

If the boxing commission sanctioned it and allowed it, then yeah, it would count.

This is a circus exhibition money fight that nobody was claiming for and did not capture the public's imagination as it is a good idea.

No it's not. And it would be embarrassing for a guy with 0 pro fights to come in to pro boxing and fight best fighter of the last 25 years and go 12 rounds. That's like a moral victory. Also the expectation that McGregor will suck bad is so high, that if he is remotely close to competitive even in spots, that would also make Floyd and boxing look bad. Floyd would absolutely have to KO this guy, no ifs ands or buts, and he will not do that. If Floyd decides to dance around the ring versus an MMA fighter like he does to legit boxers, that would also look terrible

The only thing that would look good out of this is Floyd's bank account
