How was Povetkin and his team so ******?

They agreed to drug testing for the Wilder fight yet Povetkin still had a banned substance in his system. What makes it worse is they openly admitted he used it before the ban, so they would've been more aware than anyone that it was banned yet they still went ahead postban. If this was within a month of the ban I might have given them a bit more lenience but this is close to 6 months after.

What the **** were they thinking?

Anyway, just a rant as I'm disappointed we've missed out on a great fight and Wilder's first big test.
