Well he's use to getting decked by light heavyweights.....it's happened before and it will happen again....the fact that it's a boxer from Belgium that's the worrying part...wait till joshua lands one on him lol.....game over
It's all part of Fury's mind games. He started the 'out of shape, I suck, I'm retiring' angle after the rematch was formally announced.
He wants everyone to discount him and to think that he's gonna be an easy roll over and he's looking for excuses. It's a plan to make Wlad underestimate him. Fury's gonna burn the weight off in weeks and show up to the fight in the best shape of his life.
Book it.
I hope so. But on the flip side he's got a lot of distractions going into this fight. I haven't been reading the articles but every headline about him seems to have nothing to do with boxing.
Also in light of recent news of Joshua's take of his sparring Fury vs Fury's take on his sparring Joshua it seems obvious Fury can very self effacing & can take pleasure in **** on himself & obvious being dramatic (if you haven't already notice that already). Fury will probably get nominated for a British Academy Award one day for his acting talent.
He's been put down by a feather fisted cruiser, Cunningham, it's not all that unreasonable he'd get dropped by a hard hitting LHW that probably walks around at 190.
I've seen Wilder struggle with a LHW in sparring before, had trouble finding his target and the other guy was too fast.
It doesnt matter true or not ,at least those who back Fury will have plenty of ammo of excuses when he does lose to Wlad in the best physical /mental condition or not isnt going to stop Wlad in my book! It will give you qa longer fight buts thats about it.
