Unlike Pac vs Floyd where most of us knew how the fight would play out, this fight between Alvarez and Triple G is a toss up. Both are skillful and both are heavy handed. Golovkin won world amateur championship gold and Olympic silver. He has a better amateur record than Lara.

Manny Pacquiao wasn't a great boxer, but he's an ATG. Roy Jones wasn't a great technical boxer, but he's an ATG. Hawk Pryor wasn't a great technical boxer, but he's an ATG. GGG not being a great technical boxer has nothing to do with how I feel about him. When I watch him, I don't feel like I'm watching a historically great talent. Nothing more, nothing less. He may very well prove me wrong. But as of right now, he doesn't strike me as special.

And why the need to even be a 'technical' boxer in the first place? Boxing is using your gloved fists to win matches. GGG does that and does it well.

If you go on YouTube, Garcia has been says Canelo has no chance with GGG to fight the Pac Man, so Garcia is just band wagon .
All of Garcia's fighter's are trash, the only good fighter is his brother Mickey !!
