Look at the comments that people have on this site, comments on youtube and social media. Racism is a global issue. Ive experienced it quite often living in the south and see i weekly if not daily whether it be to a white person, black , asian etc. it exists and its weird how people get upset with others bringing it up, but dont do anything constructive to improve the current racial climate.

The drug is banned, there is no limit.

What Povetkins team are trying to claim is that the amounts found in his system are consistent with the amount you would expect had he taken the drug before January. However he also tested clean 3 (iirc) tests before he was found out, which seems to show he took the PED sometime in April.
