It depends on what weight class Mikey wants to compete at.

135 = Haymon (PBC)
140 = Golden Boy or Haymon
147 = Haymon (PBC)

The only problem with Golden Boy is the fact that their only major ally is Top Rank, and who knows how Arum is going to feel about setting up a fight with Mikey after Mikey betrayed him and his company. So Mikey's will essentially be forced to be recycled through Golden Boy's fighters in nothing but in house fights. At least with Haymon he works with many different promoters, including Golden Boy.

Do Mikey or Robert even want the fame though? They looked uncomfortable. If anything I bet they would have preferred their meeting to be "private" behind closed doors. I think Mikey is impressed with Floyd's boxing skills and commitment/work ethic, but no really his lifestyle. He's a dude from Oxnard who was close to becoming a police officer. I don't think he wants that type of fame that Floyd has.

oh they want it, you see how they are when they are in LA and they get the mini version they love it and mikey is barely breaking out of his shell and becoming comfortable with who he is, before he never used to talk that much or give his opinions etc etc now he loves the cameras.
