It's definitely understandable that Wilder doesn't want to face Povetkin, now that he's been caught cheating. If Povetkin was bold enough to take a banned substance after it was banned, he must have been confident that it wouldn't be detected. With reports of masking agents being available, it should make Wilder su****ious of what did not get detected.
Povetkin and Wilder disappoint me

Povetkin will be suspended now, probably 6-12 months. Wilder can't wait for Povetkin, he needs to move on.Comment

I might take some flak, but I'm not of a THAT different opinion then this ultimately. I think eventually the outlook on PEDs will be different than it is now & at the end of the day I just wanna see the best fight the best in the best possible shape they can be in. But the reality is right now the rules are the rules & the playing field isn't even with PED usage when one guy is on it & the other guy isn't.Honestly, it isn't such a big deal to use illegal substances. You're a bit of a coward for doing it, but it doesn't take your game to new levels at all. I think it should be allowed to take illegal substances in boxing, just for the sake of things like this not happening.
*awaits response saying now your disappointed Wilder wouldn't take some steroids & even the playing field & fight Povetkin*Comment

I'm confused as ****. I knew we had some dumb posters here, but this seriously takes the piss.Wait, so you're upset that Wilder went through negotiations, a purse bid, didn't vacate the belt, trained in the uk before going to Russia, didn't complain after the purse bid, passed his drug tests, had an opponent who failed his by trying to be sneaky and decides to not fight him and that's why you're upset with him?
It ain't even about who you're a fan of, but to be upset with Wilder is odd to say the leastComment
