Vargas-Mosley 2, Official For 7/15 I have one Question, Why???

what the **** is the point of fighting Vargas again??? what the **** will shane gain for whooping his ass again. Shane does'nt do good in rematches ...Well, against delahoya he didnt do too well but against winky and forest the 2nd time he did much better than the first but that was after he lost...but shane was never hurt in the vargas fight, he just got hit with a few good punches here and there... man i wish shane would just quit doin ****** **** ...like when he had to pick between trinidad and winky , he should have fought trinidad,... fighting vargas is dumb , he already beat him... plus hes taking a risk of losing,...he should have tried and called floyd out ...this is ****ed up...

Well...'if you were payin more attention than you probably should have' you'd know the swollen eye came from the frequent early inside clash of heads during the non stop inside fighting, and Vargas was starting to connect late. (like all of shanes recent opponents.) Than you'd know why there's a rematch..

But they better not be ****** enough to make this a PPV fight, I can't imagine anyone buying it lol..

I don't know what you were watching but I was watching a good fight that was getting closer as it went on.Mosley can't stop Vargas at `154 without a freak incident like that eye swollen happeing.I think a rematch is a great idea and think Vargas will win it and there may even be a third fight between them when it is all said and done.

as the fight progressed.....Vargas was actually gaining momentum. His punches were finding the mark. The first fight warrants a rematch.

it is a paperview fight... $44.95 ... and that head butt **** is irrevelant ... i didnt see no head butt and i have watched that fight numerous of times... it was all those right hands mosley was throwing... even if it was a head butt... there is no excuse for the way vargas eye looked and i mean damn , shane was clocking him with right hands , ALL NIGHT
and another thing , if vargas doesnt want to get head butted, then tell him to keep his ****in head up ...he lays his head on shanes forehead when he's real close and working the body ...so that was his own fault ..

If there is a rematch, there is no need for it to be PPV, unless it's an undercard.

i personally don't want to see a rematch, but this is boxing and we all know that money is what drive the sport now, we the fans just have to accept it and hope the best fights possible will get made sooner or later. As for PPV, the first fight was PPV so of course the second one will be.

I'd watch the rematch, son't really wanna pay 45 buks tho. but a rematch is a good thing, when the fight was stopped shane was ahead on two scorecards by 1 point and vargas was ahead by 1 point on another jusdge's scorecard. I do not think the swelling was due to a clash of heads, but i do think it had something to do with fernando vargas struggling to make weight a week before the fight and being so dehydrated. I still got Shane in the rematch not by KO/TKO but by decision.
