What is the difference between HBO Boxing After Dark & HBO World Championship Boxing?

I thought that HBO Boxing After Dark was a broadcast of a fight which does not involve a World Title, however Francisco Vargas is going to fight within a HBO Boxing After Dark emission.

Can anyone explain me the difference please?
