Hearn stated hes made a 'huge offer'
Doesnt seem like its big enough to convince vargas, looks like he wants more then whats offered, as he keeps refering to 'the numbers'. A smaller Bradley managed to outbox him for most that fight untill the last round, no controversy with that decision, i think kell does the same. Fight doesnt look too promising to get made at the moment
