What did Leonard request against hagler ? Because before you start ....the WBA and the IBF both stripped hagler of the belt for meeting Leonard as he was not ranked in there top 10....WBC was the sanctioning body for this fight and 12 rounds was the distance of the WBC world title fights...and if you check both the Thomas hearns and John Mugabi fights hagler had before were also 12 round world title fights, same size gloves of 10oz and the same as all other middleweight and upwards world title fights.....only thing which you could say was a concession was a 24x24 ring....but that has no impact on hagler or golovkins greatness ...I will always rate a fighter higher in all time rankings if he has gone up through the divisions and beat bigger men at a higher weight than a guy who stayed at one weight as hagler did....hagler is a great fighter but he's not on a Roberto Duran , sugar ray Leonard or a pacquaio level because they did test themselves ....hagler did contiiually call up smaller fighters for his biggest wins...he never had the nerve to step up and face spinks IMO .....as for golovkin I don't expect golovkin to move up before he has accomplices his goal of all the belts....if he does run out of challengers at middlweight I would expect him to move up for a harder test...but he has plenty to do at middleweight for now

Did you think that all fights with fighters from 154 and 168 would be held at 160, respectively?

Secondly, I took out the rest of your post because in so many words, you're saying GGG shouldn't place himself at any disadvantages prior to a mega fight?

        Got it.
Did GGG or his team say they would go up in weight and back down????? NO. And NO fighter ever should. It is dangerous! If Floyd had demanded a GGG fight and demand that he fight below 160 then that is acceptable......but to demand he go up in weight and back down, that is PURE DIVA CRAP!

No one gave a schit about Hagler not fighting Spinks because Hagler said he wouldn't fight anyone at 175, not he'll fight Spinks at 170 and Dwight Qwai, Mathew Saad Muhummand, and Marvin Johnson at 175.

Like I said before, even though Hagler only stayed at one weight, he gave into several concessions throughout his career that had nothing to do with weight.

Why can't GGG give into one concession?

Don't include GGG and Hagler in the same sentence about anything. Two different scenarios.

            Are you ******ed?

His trainer and promoter have both said they would go up fight Froch, DeGale, Chavez Jr, etc and then come right back down to 160.

Have you even followed the sport?

Do you need me to post the articles and video of them saying this?

Do you think if they go to 168 against Ramirez they would stay at 168?

Do you think if they go to 154 for Mayweather, they will stay at 154?

Are you ******ed or mentally challenged?

ONE concession is to fight below 160, NOT to go up and then back down. That is a B1TCH Diva demand and you know it!!

Obviously you have the I.Q of a dead rat because Ward is a Light Heavyweight currently and GGG never said he would go up to fight anyone in that division and then back down to below 160 in his next fight against Floyd so stop with the BRAINLESS trolling!! Damn you MINDLESSLY follow anything Floyd spews!

How are most of you defending this crap?
Ward's moved up himself and is lookin at Kovalev, are you actually expecting GGG to move up 2 divisions to fight the guy before he has even unified? GGG said he wants to unify, let the man unify first for God sake, the only reason Floyd says this is to GUARANTEE he doesn't have to fight him! LOL Tyson said it best "he's a Scared little man" lol.

When has Ward and GGG negotiated since Ward has been at 175? NEVER.

So obviously I'm talking about when Ward was at 168. Duh!

GGG has said he would go up to 168 and then back down to 160. In fact, that means he would've been willing to go up to 168 for Froch, Chavez Jr, Thomas O, Ramirez, etc, and then back down to 154 for Mayweather and then back to 160 to finish unifying.

He and his team said this, not me.
