It isn't a sure thing if he's dirty/clean. The recently banned drug in question stays in your system for several months and WADA has given other athletes exemptions for it if they took it pre-ban.

The amount found in Povetkin's blood is well below the exemption level.

Yet some of these guys really want this fight cancelled.
