Sending people to camp to kill all sounds ridiculous to me now especially if you look at the camps and all the facilities and even comforts they contain. They also worked in camps. So what are they? extermination camps, work camps, internment camps? I'd say internment/work camps.
Do not forget millions actually died in gulag camps.. many ***s were involved in this, they were all over the Soviet Union.
