He didn't get caught cheating. It was a legal substance when he took it.

The test shows he had trace amounts too small to be recent. WADA itself has provisions in place to exempt athletes in this situation.

It was a legal substance until this year in boxing. Vada is not the DEA, they dont deal with that side of the issue.
