      Golovkin's uppercut is a bit more awkward (different angle) and Canelo's seems to be more text book. Both are very good though

          Pretty much this. Can't say who is better because they use and throw the uppercut in different ways. The biggest difference I would say is that GGG does more to create his opportunities to throw the uppercut where as Canelo throws it more when the opportunity presents itself. GGG likes to throw his while coming in from range, Canelo tends to use his on the inside. Like you said though, both are very good.
