      Anthony Joshua.

Beat one of the worst HW "champions" of all time, for a belt that rightfully belongs to the real HW champion of the world. Has yet to fight or beat a top 10 fighter.

He's no longer a champ, and i'm a fan, but up until recently Scott Quigg. Never won his title in the ring.

Adonis Stevens, he seems to have purposely avoided major challenges since he won the belt.

Clubber Lang deserves to be on that list, he won the belt from Rocky and lost it in the rematch. That loss really ruined his career,it was so bad that he didn't make into Rocky 4.

If we are talking paper titlists, AJ and Liam Smith are well up there.
