When WBO junior welterweight Terence Crawford (28-0, 20KOs) faces WBC belt-holder Viktor Postol (28-0, 12KOs) on July 23rd at the MGM Grand, he'll be doing so in a scaled down Grand Garden Arena. For this pay-per-view card only the lower bowl of the venue will be opened up( approximately 7,500 seats).

Top Rank is definitely scaling back. I guess the Pac vs Bradley fight turned them a decent profit for them to be putting on another pay per view 3 months later.

I just hope the seats that have do have sell out because I'm a Terence Crawford believer and I'm hoping he doesn't do as bad as Kovalev did in his first fight in Vegas did last year selling wise.

Also I'm not sure this fight will get as many PPV buys as the GGG PPV debut. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I was looking at the ticket prices earlier and I think the highest priced seat is $500 If Bob is putting together travel packages for people from Ohama that's smart. If I can find a round trip for under $375 I might go. Get a $300 ticket. Find a room for $80 a night. That's about as affordable a Vegas fight you gonna get.

The people will fill the seats.. He needs to worry about the PPV buys.

Actually they put the ticket prices up yesterday. 50-$300. By bad considering all are lower bowl so $50 is a good seat.

Just sell the thing. Quit talking it down. This is a mega fight by todays standards, it's not a hard sell.

Those are really good prices for this caliber of fight, especially in Vegas. You not gonna find lower bowl tickets cheaper than the PPV in any PPV fight. If I can find a good hotel/flight package imma head out there

I like and truly respect both Crawford and Postol but this fight is going to tank at the box office and on ppv. This fight lacks the star power to be held in Vegas.

Crawford, while he has some buzz, is still only a local star in his hometown of Omaha.

Postol on the other hand is only known by boxing diehards.

Sure it should be a good fight but not a fight worth paying $59.99 for. Add $10 for HD and this fight is $70. No thanks! I'd rather read about it afterwards here then catch it for free next wknd.

This is a unification bout between the two best JMWs out there and people aren't interested in seeing it? What a sad bunch of fans boxing has nowadays if people are more interested in fights like Canelo/Khan and Garcia/Guerrero but not Crawford/Postol. Forget supposed "star power", how about 50/50 match ups on paper that have a good chance of being competitive in the ring.
