on a related note-why does it take more than an hour after a fight to count PPV sales? the **** is all digitized, how difficult could it be?

technically the fight is "purchased" from each independant cable provider, and then they report in the # of buys. Kind of like how each voting precinct reports their totals to the supervisor of elections, who then gives the "grand total". But to your point I agree it shouldnt take a week to tally up data that a simple Excel spreadsheet could add up in under a second......
