I don't believe that & neither does Oscar. Khan was pot-shotting & running. Canelo starts slow. When Alvarez couldn't land to the head at first, he went to the body. Once he slowed Khan down a bit, Canelo found his range. And we all know what happened next, which is what virtually everyone expected. Oscar is just attempting damage control because he knows Khan was a sacrificial lamb.

That's because Kham was winning the fight, quite easily too it seemed.

ODH is must have gotten some bad coke. Khan was up 3-2 IMO, but rds 4 and 5 were clear Canelo rds and it appeared that Canelo had really hurt Khan and the tide was turning.

He sacrificed his former goldenboy to his new goldenboy without a second thought. He was was even willing to sacrifice Ortiz to Canelo.

I think its safe to say that Oscar just doesnt give a fuq.
